Winsense ISFET is also available for customers who want to work on the bare chips.
The chip dimension is roughly 4,000 um by 1,300 um. The actual size of the sensor is 3,200 um by 500 um. So we leave a space between the edge of the chip and the sides of the sensor by 400 um on each side for the ease of encapsulation.

The source and bulk are short circuited.
