Winsense ISFET pH Sensor on customized PCB is available on sales.
The pcb thickness of 1.6mm, 0.8mm, 0.6mm, 0.5mm, 0.2mm is available.
The ISFET sensor is first attached to the board and then gold wire bonded to the pads on the pcb. Then the sensor is encapsulated. The design of PCB can be discussed and finalized before submit to the pcb supplier.
This is suitable for the users who want to do wiring to the sensor with their own wiring or special configuration.
